At IWA Concept, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
